two fun facts

1. this morning i was so anxious for my morning coffee that i removed my cup from the machine before it had been filled.  so… i stood there with a cup of sugar as my coffee poured into the spill-reservoir at the bottom.

2. i ran out of deodorant last tuesday.  for various reasons (work, forgetfulness) i was unable to purchase deodorant until today during my lunch break.  applying deodorant as i left the store, i was invigorated.  it’s surprising what simple joys can be indulged when practiced abstinence from basic luxuries is abandoned.
